Gaurav Sharma

Gaurav Sharma is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations for large employee bases. Currently serving as a Sr HR Operation Executive at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics since August 2022, Gaurav oversees HR functions for over 600 employees, including compensation and benefits administration, payroll, policy implementation, and various employee life cycle management activities. Previously, Gaurav worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Baxter International Inc. from November 2016 to August 2022, where responsibilities encompassed similar HR operations for a business unit of over 700 employees. Gaurav holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, is a CS Executive from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
