Karen Kelly

Karen Kelly has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Karen'smost recent role was as HR Director for EU Operations & Global Supply Chain at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, where they managed the HR function across multiple European sites and served as an HR business partner for Global Supply Chain and Global Operations PMO.

Prior to that, Karen held positions at Three Ireland as an HR Business Partner, Beckman Coulter as a Human Resources employee, and MUFG Union Bank N.A. as a Director of Human Resources.

Karen also gained valuable experience at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, where they progressed from Banking Officer to Assistant Vice President to Vice President. Earlier in their career, Karen worked at Instinet Incorporated as a Senior HR Associate and Republic National Bank as an HR Assistant.

Throughout their career, Karen has demonstrated their expertise in HR management and has held various leadership positions, proving their ability to adapt across industries.

Karen Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Concordia College-New York, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Karen has also completed a diploma in Management from the University of Limerick. Karen has further pursued professional development in Change Management from Prosci and Situational Leadership from Blanchard. Additionally,in 2020, they attended Harvard Business School for a course or program. Karen'seducational background also includes studies in Hospitality Administration/Management at Munster Technological University.
