Peggy Quirk

Peggy Quirk serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, where leadership encompasses HR for a diagnostics company with over 10,000 associates. Previously, Peggy held multiple HR leadership roles at Medtronic, including Vice President for Acute Care and Monitoring, and expanded responsibilities across several product portfolios within the organization. With a career beginning in 1992 at Medtronic, Peggy has accumulated extensive experience in strategic HR, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and business development, complemented by consulting work through Quirk Talent Solutions and leadership in non-profit initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master's in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
