Bryan Blythe

Bryan Blythe is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in the industrial sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development & Investments at Becknell Industrial since November 2025, Bryan previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Southeast Market Officer at Leon Capital Group, where the focus was on expanding industrial real estate in the southeastern United States. Before that, as Managing Director of Industrial at Crescent Communities, Bryan led the AXIAL brand. Bryan's career began at Liberty Property Trust, which later became Prologis, where Bryan served as Market Officer for the Carolinas and held various leasing and development roles. Bryan holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Real Estate from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in History from Davidson College, complemented by a semester abroad at The University of Edinburgh.
