Dan Harrington

Daniel G. Harrington co-founded Becknell Industrial in 1990 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer for more than 30 years. Mr. Harrington now serves as Executive Chairman and Chief Investment Officer.

In this role, he focuses on the Mission, Vision and Strategic Plan for the Company, working with our President and CEO to execute strategic initiatives for Becknell’s future growth. As Chief Investment Officer, he is integral to all investment decisions.

Under Dan’s leadership, Becknell grew from one build-to-suit warehouse for Nabisco to over 195 business distribution properties representing more than 34 million square feet,

primarily for single tenant build-to-suit customers.

A twenty-year real estate industry veteran, his development track record includes the development, construction and ownership of facilities in 33 states. He has been instrumental in the formation and ongoing management of key banking and institutional investor relationships, including multiple joint venture funds with an institutional partner.

Prior to joining Becknell Industrial, Dan served as a Partner in the law firm of Harrington and Tock and currently serves as Becknell’s Corporate Counsel. He is a graduate of the University

of Illinois and received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida.

Dan is a member of the Champaign County and Illinois State Bar Associations and

the Florida Bar Association and is involved in a number of civic and community activities in Illinois and Florida.
