Matthew Neumann began their career as a Designer at Legat Architects in 1997, where they focused on schools and planning work at Harper College. Matthew then worked as a Project Manager at Project Management Advisors from 1998 to 2005, managing construction and development projects for not-for-profits and other users. Neumann joined ProLogis in 2005 as a Senior Market Rep, where they marketed vacant land and business parks, as well as leased existing product in Chicago and Saint Louis. Matthew then worked at IndCor Properties as a Senior Vice President from 2011 to 2015, where they served as the Asset Manager for the Midwest Region and led a team of 50 third-party brokers, agents, property managers, and vendors. Neumann joined Liberty Property Trust in 2015 as a Senior Director, responsible for leasing Liberty's Chicago/Milwaukee 13MSF market. Matthew later joined CBRE in 2020 as part of their Advisory & Transaction Services team before transitioning to their current role as Vice President - Leasing at Becknell Industrial in the same year.
Matthew Neumann attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Bach Arch). Matthew then attended the University of Maryland from 1994 to 1996, where they completed their Master's degree in Architecture (MARCH).
