Patrick Harrington

Patrick E. Harrington started with Harrington & Tock LLC in August 2007 after graduating from Seton Hall Law School in Newark, NJ. His practice primarily focuses on transactional law, specifically advising clients on all types of real estate and business transactions. He also engages in estate planning and administration.

The legal matters that Patrick works on vary in size and complexity, with no transaction being too small, or too big. In the real estate field such matters can range from the sale and purchase of local residential properties, to the development, leasing and financing of multi-million dollar facilities. In his estate planning practice he routinely prepares simple wills and powers of attorney for individuals and married couples, but also advises high net worth families owning significant closely held businesses on more sophisticated estate and tax planning issues.

As a 4th generation member of the firm, Patrick is also responsible for the law firm’s day to day management.

Patrick is very involved with the local Champaign / Urbana community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Don Moyer Boys and Girls Club, the Club’s resource and development committee, and chairs the Club’s annual golf outing. He is also a Rotarian with Champaign Rotary Club, and serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Full Circle House Inc., a local not-for-profit charity.
