Anais Jimenez

Anais Jimenez is an experienced project manager currently leading multifunctional teams at Jose Cuervo since November 2018, focusing on product development and innovation in the spirits industry. Prior to this role, Anais worked as a Packaging Development Engineer at Mars and as a Materials Development Engineer at Laboratorios Pisa, where responsibilities included the development of various packaging materials and printed materials compliant with regulatory requirements. Anais began a career in design at Hiplot, specializing in digital printing and vinyl job management. Anais holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara and recently completed a diploma in Communication and Leadership in Project Management from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara.
