Estefany Soto

Estefany Soto currently serves as the Organization Development Lead at Jose Cuervo, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Estefany accumulated extensive experience at Danone from January 2011 to November 2022, where responsibilities included HEAD TALENT ACQUISITION, TALENT MANAGEMENT & EMPLOYER BRANDING, HRBP SR Manager focusing on HR Sales & Operations at the head office, and serving as HR Regional Manager and HR Project Manager for Danone Waters China. Earlier roles at Danone involved overseeing HR Business Partner functions for Sales in Modern Trade and Traditional Trade, as well as acting as National HR Chief. Estefany holds a Diplomatura in Organizational Development and Change Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, both obtained from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
