Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic product retail, compliance, nutrition, and education. As the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic body care products and environmentally friendly solutions. Currently serving as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, Mariana also held the role of Owner/Manager at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a nutritionist in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
