Cassandra Solomon-Filer is an experienced Independent Evaluation Consultant, currently managing evaluations of community organizing and youth organizations while serving as a Community Advocate and Co-Creator at BECOME. With prior roles as a Research and Evaluation Associate at Shedd Aquarium and a Consultant for AMIDEAST, Cassandra has developed expertise in designing evaluation instruments, conducting mixed methods analyses, and facilitating data interpretation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Program Evaluation from Michigan State University and a Master's degree in Arab Studies from Georgetown University. Cassandra's extensive background encompasses various positions, including Youth Program Coordinator and Community Health Organizer, highlighting a strong commitment to community engagement and social change through culturally responsive evaluation practices.
