Ieva Butauskaitė has a diverse work experience in the field of video editing. Ieva started their career as a Video Editor at Piranha Productions in August 2019, where they completed an internship and gained experience working with high-quality video footage. During this time, they had the opportunity to edit a music video, participate in promotional video shootings, and develop their video editing skills.

In September 2019, Ieva continued their work as a Video Editor at Piranha Productions, where they further honed their skills until March 2021.

Alongside their work at Piranha Productions, Ieva also freelanced as a Video Editor from September 2019 to October 2021. During this period, they gained experience working on various types of content, including promo videos, interviews, wedding videos, and YouTube videos.

In June 2020, Ieva joined FOCUS DIVISIONS as a Video Editor, where they had the opportunity to level up their video editing skills. Ieva was also involved in the production team and gained a better understanding of documentary editing. During their time at FOCUS DIVISIONS, they gained experience in editing complex multicam sequences, further expanding their skill set.

In December 2020, Ieva joined beCreatives as a Video Editor and later took on the role of Team Lead & Account Manager in October 2022. As a Team Lead, they led a team of 11 people and played a crucial role in achieving great results. In this position, they gained valuable experience in fast internet content, trends, different types of internet content, and social media.

Ieva Butauskaitė completed their high school education at Kaunas Jonas Jablonskis Gymnasium from 2015 to 2017, earning a High School Diploma. Ieva then pursued higher education at Vilnius College of Technologies and Design from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Multimedia Design. In 2019, Ieva participated in an Erasmus+ program at NHL Stenden, where they focused on Communication and Multimedia Design.
