Al Minjock

Al Minjock currently serves as Vice President of Clinical Services at BD, focusing on IDN integration and fostering relationships with health system leaders to develop effective clinical programs. Prior to this role, Al Minjock spent over 18 years at Edwards Lifesciences in various leadership positions, emphasizing the creation and implementation of health care programs that lead to sustainable improvements in patient outcomes. Al Minjock began a career at UPMC, where responsibilities included overseeing surgical intensive care and acute hemodialysis units at a major tertiary care center, managing a team of 125 employees and a budget exceeding $25 million. Al Minjock holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh and a nursing degree from the Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh School of Nursing.
