Barbara Bermudez

Barbara Bermudez currently serves as the MMS EMEA Training Manager at BD, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Barbara was a Consultant and Executive Coach focused on Leadership, Communication, and Team Management at Intiva Executive Development from June 2016 to December 2021. Barbara has extensive experience at DuPont, where responsibilities included Southern Europe Demand Planner & HR Partner, Southern Europe Business Manager, and Global Team Leader for the Global Finance Department from September 2005 to June 2016. Earlier career experiences include roles at Credit Suisse as CRM Manager and at The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant. Barbara holds multiple certifications in coaching and leadership development and possesses a strong educational background in Business Administration and Econometrics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
