Dongzhou Zhao

Dongzhou 东舟 (Joe) ZHAO is currently serving as Associate Director Strategy in Global Supply Chain at BD since August 2025. Prior to this role, Dongzhou was Global Head of Supply Chain External Supply and Network Strategy at Galderma from February 2021 to July 2025, where responsibilities included leading a team of 12 direct reports, managing a revenue of 2.5 billion USD and overseeing both strategic and operational aspects across multiple product lines. Additionally, Dongzhou held various positions within Galderma including Global Planning Manager and Global Sales & Operations Planning Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at IMD Business School, Danaher Corporation, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Airbus, and Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. Dongzhou holds an MBA from IMD, a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management from KEDGE Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business English from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
