Jocelyn Cruz has over a decade of experience at BD, currently serving as Manager of Contract Sales and Pricing, overseeing a team of eight direct reports. Responsibilities include resourcing, onboarding, training, and maintaining team performance while representing the Contracts department to external stakeholders. Prior roles include Team Lead for Contracts and multiple positions focusing on contract management and rebate processing, where Jocelyn managed various contracts, supported customer service and sales teams, and ensured accurate data handling for rebates. Earlier experience includes working as a Credit and Collections Administrator at Trader Corporation, where Jocelyn managed accounts in the Greater Toronto Area and collaborated with numerous departments to resolve client issues.
