Katrina Chaney, MBA, currently serves as a Culture Champion at BD, where responsibilities include developing and securing leadership buy-in for a multi-year Culture Strategy, as well as implementing innovative employee programs aligned with key cultural pillars. Prior experience includes over a decade at Health Alliance Plan, where roles spanned Senior Operation Analyst and Project Coordinator. In these positions, Katrina ensured the development of operational processes, enhanced customer experience, led compliance initiatives, facilitated employee recognition programs, and received multiple accolades for contributions to organizational goals. Katrina holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wayne State University.
