Kevin Stinger

Kevin Stinger is a seasoned legal professional specializing in intellectual property, currently serving as Senior Counsel at BD since October 2017, after progressing from Counsel in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as Staff Division IP Counsel at Bard Access Systems from September 2007 to October 2017 and Senior Associate at Workman Nydegger from 2000 to 2007. Kevin began his career as a Marketing Coordinator at Camas International from 1995 to 1997. Academically, Kevin earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from BYU Law School between 1997 and 2000, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Idaho State University, with additional studies at Instituto Latinoamericano de Doctrina y Estudios Sociales in Santiago, Chile.
