Luca Nevano

Luca Nevano is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in privacy and cybersecurity. Currently serving as VP, Chief Privacy and Cybersecurity Counsel & Group DPO at BD since January 2019, Luca has held various leadership roles, including Global Head of Privacy and Privacy Officer for EMEA & Greater Asia. Prior experiences include Global Privacy Leader at ViiV Healthcare and Europe Region Compliance Officer at Novartis. Additionally, Luca has contributed to the legal field as an author and editor of legal publications, a parliamentary assistant, and an advisor to the Mayor of Milan. Educationally, Luca holds a Law Degree from Università degli Studi di Milano and a Master's Degree in Intellectual Property Law from Just Legal Services.
