Manishi Gupta

Manishi Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Associate Director of Quality Transformation & Continual Improvement PMO at BD since July 2021, Manishi has previously held significant roles such as Senior Program Manager at Endologix LLC and Operations Project Manager at SeaSpine. In earlier positions, Manishi led operations at Meade Instruments and worked as a consultant in operations and product development. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama, and a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University). Manishi's expertise encompasses new product introduction, tech transfer, contract manufacturing, and overall operational excellence.
