Shailesh Mishra

Shailesh Mishra is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in integrated supply chain management, digital strategy, and ERP transformation. Currently serving as Senior Director IT at BD since August 2020, Shailesh acts as a functional CIO, collaborating with the Chief Supply Chain Officer on strategic initiatives while overseeing an IT budget and prioritizing roadmap activities. Formerly, Shailesh held key positions at LyondellBasell, Philips, Sony, Indian Tobacco Company, ICI, and Phillips Carbon Black Limited, demonstrating a proven track record in SAP implementation, supply chain consulting, and operational management. Shailesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
