Gloria Dixon

Gloria Dixon, CUDE, currently serves as the Director of Philanthropy and Executive Director of the BECU Foundation at BECU, a position held since November 2017. Dixon is responsible for leading philanthropic grant-making activities across multiple states and manages an annual budget of $6-7 million while ensuring alignment with BECU's goals of financial health and community economic resilience. Significant initiatives include a five-year, $5 million community investment project addressing racial and social inequities and securing $2 million in grant relief funding for nonprofits during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous experience includes serving as a Community Giving Manager at the Foundation for Healthy Generations and Site Developer at Hunger Task Force, where Dixon managed substantial food grants and conducted assessments to improve food security. Educational credentials include leadership certificates from Marquette University and Cardinal Stritch University, as well as a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
