Gregg Kats

Gregg Kats serves as the Senior Vice President of Administration & Operations at BECU since May 1996, overseeing strategic planning and operational activities for various departments including Enterprise Fraud Management, ATM Operations, and Card Services. Previously, Gregg held the title of Vice President of Risk Management & Facilities at BECU, maintaining the same responsibilities. Earlier roles at BECU included Director of Administration and Security Risk Manager, focusing on security programs and regulatory compliance. Prior to BECU, Gregg was the Area Security Manager at First Interstate Bank from 1986 to 1996. Educational credentials include leadership and organizational behavior from the CUES CEO Institute at Darden Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Seattle University.
