Melodie Martin

Melodie Martin serves as the Senior Manager of Lending Solutions at BECU since October 2025, focusing on strategic initiatives to enhance lending performance and member experience. Previously, Melodie worked as the Regional Sales Manager at Verity Credit Union from January 2019 to October 2025 and held the role of Vice President Branch Manager at HomeStreet Bank from April 2013 to January 2019, overseeing branch profitability and operations. Earlier experiences include positions as a Customer Service Supervisor, Universal Associate III at Umpqua Bank, Personal Banker at Rainier Pacific Bank, and Universal Banker at US Bank. Melodie graduated from Highline College in 2002.
