Paul Ruhlman

Paul Ruhlman currently serves as the Superintendent at the Bedford Area School District, a position held since 2007, after previously serving as Assistant Superintendent. Prior experience includes an Assistant Principal role at Chambersburg Area School District from June 2003 to July 2007 and a Spanish Teacher at Union School District from August 1997 to June 2003. Paul Ruhlman holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from William & Mary (2014), a Superintendent Certificate from Gannon University (2011), a Master’s Degree from Westminster College (PA, 2001), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania (1997).
