Tim Chalklen

Tim Chalklen is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Technical Officer for both Abicare Services Ltd and CareMatch Ltd since December 2018, focusing on transforming the culture of care in the UK through innovative digital solutions. Simultaneously, Tim holds a position as Technical Business Analyst at Bedford Borough Council, contributing to digital transformation initiatives while also managing projects for effective process implementation. Previously, Tim was Lead Business Analyst at Act on Insight, advising on digital transformation and market expansion strategies. With a career spanning over three decades, Tim has held various roles, including Director and Lead Business Analyst at Unified Solutions, where responsibilities included UX design and sales management, alongside early positions in customer service and engineering. Tim graduated with a degree in Applied Computer Science from Brunel University London.
