Jacki Carlan

Jacki Carlan has extensive experience in project management and technology roles, currently serving as an Election Officer for Bedford County since March 2022, and as a DTS Portfolio Manager and Senior IT Project Manager at S&P Global since April 2017. In addition, Jacki holds the position of Marketing and Social Media Director at RealmSpace Aerial Solutions since August 2017, and previously worked as a Project Manager at Silverchair from October 2015 to April 2017. Jacki's background includes serving in the United States Air Force as an Information Technology Program Manager and Enterprise Information Management Specialist from October 2006 to August 2015, alongside a role as an Enterprise Help Desk Trainer at Optimization Consulting, Inc. Jacki has earned multiple degrees from Ashford University, including a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning with Technology and Organizational Management, and has also obtained an Associate of Science in Information Technology Systems from the Community College of the Air Force.
