Nicole Cook

Nicole Cook is a skilled professional in journalism and media production, currently working as a bartender at Bedford Food & Drink since January 2023. Recently, Nicole served as floor staff for the PBS NC weekly television series Comic Culture, where tasks included operating audio equipment and supporting the production team. As the Yearbook Sports Editor at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, Nicole edited junior reporters' work and provided coverage for various sports events. In a previous role as a Video Journalist, Nicole operated professional video cameras and managed live coverage of sporting events. Additional experience includes serving as Sports Editor for The Pine Needle and as a Switchboard Operator, where Nicole produced and edited content for the university's newscast. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a focus on Broadcast Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
