Gabrielle Pax

Gabrielle Pax has over 17 years of experience in quality management, product process development, and research within the materials science sector. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Berkenhoff GmbH since November 2018, Gabrielle previously held the position of Product Process Development Manager at Ugitech SA and Process, Product, and Quality Control Manager at NV Bekaert SA. Gabrielle's expertise includes quality assurance at the production plant level, process optimization, product improvement for medical and automotive applications, and development of adhesion test methodologies for rubber to tyre cord applications. With a Ph.D. in Materials Science from EPFL and extensive leadership experience managing teams of engineers, Gabrielle has established strong technical relations and coordinated joint projects with Indian peers.
