Maurice Ephrati

Maurice Ephrati is a Swiss banker and entrepreneur. Maurice is the managing partner and co-founder of Bedrock Group, a private equity firm.

Ephrati began their career in banking at Union Bancaire Privée in 1996. Maurice quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a member of senior management in 2000. In January 2000, they left UBP to join Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild S.A. Genève, succursale de where they served as a member of executive management until December 2004.

In 2005, Ephrati co-founded Bedrock Group, a private equity firm specializing in the healthcare industry. Under their leadership, the company has grown to become one of the leading healthcare private equity firms in Switzerland.

Maurice Ephrati has a post graduate degree in asset management and financial engineering from HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne. Maurice also has a master's degree in law from the University of Geneva and a Master of Laws - LLM from the University of Geneva.
