Phelan assists Bedrock with a wide range of HR needs from organizational design and recruitment to HRIS and benefits management.

Originally from Chicago, Phelan began her career in NYC in the fashion industry, supporting production and product development teams as a communication liaison between internal cross-functional teams and factories, and as a manager for the product lifecycle development calendar.
