Paul is also Bedrock's chief executive officer and chairman, with full-charge responsibility for daily management, all legal & compliance issues, and serves as the corporate qualifying agent and licensee. He has more than 30 years of security and guard management experience. In 1992, he founded the original company in California, which grew to be the dominant provider of security services in North San Diego County. Between 1999 and 2014, Paul established profitable operations in Los Angeles, Sacramento, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Denver.
