Adria Swain BSW, MBA, currently serves as a Graduate Assistant focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the University at Buffalo since March 2024. With extensive experience in supportive housing, Adria has held positions as Director of Supportive Housing and Site Supervisor at the Lt. Col. Matt Urban Human Services Center of WNY since October 2020. Adria is also a Co-Founder of Escential Creations, specializing in handmade, all-natural health and home products. As a Small Business Owner for Bedroom Kandi Boutique Parties, Adria provides relationship intimacy coaching and engages in product marketing and direct sales. Adria's prior roles include Residential Assistant at Peaceprints of WNY and various positions at Buffalo Federation of Neighborhood Centers, Inc., alongside experience as a Clinical Case Manager at Homespace Corporation. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Daemen University, an MBA in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University, and ongoing studies for a Master of Social Work at the University at Buffalo.
