Debbie Tiblier

Debbie Tiblier has over 25 years of work experience in the flooring and tile industry. Debbie currently works as a Designer/Builder Sales Account Manager at Bedrosians Tile and Stone since 2021. Prior to this, they served as an Account Manager at Elements Room from 2020 to 2021. From 2017 to 2020, Debbie held multiple roles at Emser Tile, including Trade Rep/Showroom Manager, where they managed accounts for builders, designers, architects, and showrooms, as well as handled showroom design and management responsibilities. Before that, they worked at RiteRug Flooring as a Builders Sales, Designer, and Showroom Manager from 2014 to 2017. Debbie also served as a Design Specialist and Showroom Manager Builder Rep at Rite Rug- Chicago during the same period. Debbie has experience as a Manager at Rhodes Flooring America from 2010 to 2012 and at BR Carpet from 2009 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Account Manager at ProSource Network from 2008 to 2009 and as a Manager at Midland Marble and Granite from 2007 to 2008. Debbie started their career as a Design Consultant at Rhodes Flooring America from 1995 to 2006.

Debbie Tiblier attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 1980 to 1982, where they studied Political Science/Pre-Law.
