Eric Jessen has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Eric continued their education at Fuller Theological Seminary from 2005 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree with a focus on Divinity/Ministry. In 2010, Eric also obtained a certification as a Lean Facilitator from the University of Central Oklahoma. Additionally, they completed a Certified Associate program in Organizational Leadership at the Connective Leadership Institute in 2012. Eric further expanded their professional qualifications by obtaining certifications in HR-related fields. In 2012, they received the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute, and in 2016, they became a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
