Kim Majetic

Kim Majetic serves as the National HR Director for Gordon Food Service - Canada since June 2016, overseeing all Human Resources functions across the country. Prior to this role, Kim held various HR positions within Gordon Food Service, including Regional Human Resources Director and HR Manager, with responsibilities encompassing organizational development, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives for over 2,000 non-union employees. With a strong foundation in human resources, Kim's career began at Maple Leaf Foods Inc as an HR Generalist, followed by a role at Andrew Peller Limited. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from Brock University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Mohawk College, and is currently pursuing the Certified Applied Positive Psychology designation from The Flourishing Center.
