Jennifer Vondracek

Jennifer Vondracek is an experienced professional currently serving as the Curriculum and Business Development lead at Growing Minds since July 2022 and as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Bee Line Company since March 2020. With a strong background in mindfulness coaching and nonprofit consulting, Jennifer has held multiple roles at Mandala Integrative Medicine, including Mindfulness Coach, Development Director, and Management Consultant. Additionally, Jennifer co-developed the Trauma Responsive Mindfulness Training at Holistic Life Foundation Inc., training public servants and instructors on adapting practices for trauma-affected individuals. Jennifer has also contributed to the University of Iowa's Continuing Medical Education program and served in advocacy roles in healthcare settings. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions in nonprofit organizations and roles centered around patient advocacy and corporate wellness initiatives.
