PaveNow is part of a private investment group with investors from both New York and Singapore - possessing diversified business portfolios and leading enterprises with at least 30 years of operational experience. Total revenues exceed $3.5 billion and the group also owns a commercial bank in Central Eastern Europe, tasked with expanding its investments in the fintech & neo-banking sector. PaveNow is a small company but they’re financially stable and ready to grow.
Currently, they are looking for more teammates who join the team for a full-time (in hybrid mode) in Warsaw!
What can be also important for you, PaveNow has a mission to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Poland and Central/Eastern Europe because financial management can be a significant hurdle for small businesses, often leading to their stagnation or closure. The company's goal is to develop a user-friendly platform with exceptional UX/UI, making financial tasks less cumbersome and faster. PaveNow wants to minimize manual work for their clients and equip SMEs with analytics to support smarter decision-making. Their idea also aims to support companies in finding financing, such as easy access to loans.
Initially, the focus will be on Poland, expanding later to the wider EU market. This role offers the unique opportunity to build from the ground up, including defining the distribution strategy, shaping the sales processes, and scaling the distribution model. Initially, the priority will be to establish a base of early adopters, gather market feedback, and refine our approach.
Success in this role could quickly lead to opportunities for leadership and team building as you grow with the company and take charge of these processes.This position involves a significant learning curve and the potential for substantial professional development. For compensation, they are currently offering ESOPs. Financial bonuses will be introduced as they begin generating substantial revenue and will be tied directly to revenue and profit milestones. They are on the brink of launching our product in their first market, so the immediate focus will be on defining and optimizing acquisition processes, in collaboration with the salesperson we hire.
