Prior to this role, they worked as a Tech Recruiter at Bee Talents, where they sourced candidates through direct search and inbound marketing, provided feedback to candidates and hiring managers, and helped design recruitment processes. Before joining Bee Talents, Klaudia had experience as a Junior Tech Recruiter, supporting clients in recruitment and employer branding processes. Klaudia also had a role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Allegro.pl, where they worked through Bee Talents. Additionally, Klaudia worked as an HR Specialist at Bitnoise, conducting recruitment processes. Klaudia started their career at Grupa TENSE, where they held roles as an HR&EB Specialist and an Office Manager.
Klaudia Sipurzyńska completed their education in filologia polska at Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu from 2011 to 2016. Klaudia obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree during this period.
