Paul Sierzenski

Paul Sierzenski, SVP and Chief Medical Officer at Beebe Healthcare, has had a long and varied career in healthcare.

Paul began their career as a physician leader for operations at Christiana Care Health System. In this role, they were responsible for quality and performance improvement for the largest service line at the hospital. Paul was also responsible for value-based purchasing (VBP) for the same service line. Their work in this role led to the hospital being rated as a CMS 5 Star facility and being awarded multiple times for their excellence in stroke, STEMI, ICU, and trauma care.

In 2015, they became the Patient Safety and Quality Officer- Acute Medicine Service Line at Renown Health. In this role, they were responsible for quality and performance improvement for the largest service line at the hospital. Paul was also responsible for value-based purchasing (VBP) for the same service line. Their work in this role led to the hospital being rated as a CMS 5 Star facility and being awarded multiple times for their excellence in stroke, STEMI, ICU, and trauma care.

In 2017, they became the Chief Medical Officer at BayCare Health System. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the medical staff and providing strategic direction for the organization. Paul also worked closely with the CEO to ensure that the organization's clinical goals were met.

In 2021, they joined Beebe Healthcare as the SVP, Chief Medical Officer

Paul Sierzenski has a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Temple University School of Medicine, a Masters of Science from Thomas Jefferson University in Healthcare Quality and Safety, and a Fellowship in Emergency Ultrasound from Christ / Advocate Health. Paul also has a BS in Biology and Biochemistry from Temple University. Paul is certified by The ExecRanks in The​ ​ExecRanks​ ​Certificate of Continuing​ ​Board Education and by Thomas Jefferson University as Professor Emergency Medicine & Internal Medicine.
