Kevin Joiner has extensive experience in supply chain and logistics management. Kevin began their career in 2000 as an Inventory Control Manager at Horizon Medical Products, where they established a new department for daily cycle counts and inventory tracking. Kevin then joined RITA Medical Systems in 2004 as a Materials Manager, where they led purchasing, production scheduling, and inventory control. In 2007, they became the Manufacturing Systems Manager at RITA Medical Systems, managing the purchasing and inventory of the Manchester Plant. In 2010, they were promoted to Materials Manager at AngioDynamics, where they oversaw purchasing and scheduling for multiple sites. Kevin later became the Supply Chain Manager at AngioDynamics, managing purchasing, production scheduling, and inventory control for four facilities. In 2013, Kevin joined Beech-Nut Nutrition Company as a Demand Planning Manager and was later promoted to Director of Logistics, Director of Logistics and Customer Ops, and eventually Director of Plan and Deliver. In their most recent role, they are responsible for driving demand planning, warehousing, and logistics while leading a 45-person team. Throughout their career, Kevin has implemented various process improvements and cost-saving measures, such as implementing a Transportation Management System and conducting competitive bidding processes.
Kevin Joiner has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Columbus State University. Kevin also holds a certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS, which they obtained in March 2008.
