Whitney Aycock is currently the Talent Operations Manager at Beech Valley Solutions. In this role, they are responsible for providing the Top 2% of vetted accounting and finance professionals on-demand in less than a week’s notice at a fraction of the cost of a national firm. Whitney has over 7 years of experience in resource management, campus recruiting, and employee on-boarding.

Prior to joining Beech Valley Solutions, Whitney spent 6 years and 8 months at Deloitte in various roles including Lead Resource Management Specialist and Senior Campus Recruiting Specialist. In their role as Lead Resource Management Specialist, they were responsible for executing the day to day deployment activities for the Atlanta/Birmingham Audit & Assurance Practice. This included overseeing the client scheduling process by meeting regularly with senior leadership and managing the deployment of all audit staff, interns through senior managers, for the Atlanta and Birmingham offices (approximately 260 professionals). Whitney was also responsible for resolving client scheduling conflicts as it relates to deployment and focused on matching the right skill sets of our professionals with the right clients to create a successful environment.

In their role as Senior Campus Recruiting Specialist, Whitney collaborated with the recruiting team on hiring decisions and provided recommendations to senior leadership. Whitney also conducted meetings with management to discuss the scheduling and performance of audit practitioners based on needs established by the client and management. Additionally, they assisted with new employee orientation, individually and in groups, discussing office policies and the client scheduling process. Whitney also worked with campus recruiting teams to execute the campus recruiting plan for the Atlanta/Birmingham practice. This included developing Deloitte's brand on campus utilizing innovative ideas and showcasing the breadth of Deloitte. Whitney also planned and coordinated various campus events including information sessions, social events, open houses, and office visits.

Before their time at Deloitte, Whitney developed and managed student and campus relationships to attract and retain top candidates as an intern for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Whitney graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce & Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting.

Whitney Aycock attended the University of Georgia for both their undergraduate and graduate studies. Whitney earned their Bachelor of Business Administration in 2007 and their Certificate in Personal and Organizational Leadership in 2011. During their time at the University of Georgia, they were involved in Chi Omega, Chi Omega Executive Board, Leonard Leadership Certificate Program, Order of Omega, Panhellenic Recruitment Counselor, and Relay for Life.
