David Merriman

David Merriman has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, currently serving as the Head of Private Debt and Co-Head of Investment for Ireland at Beechbrook Capital since January 2018. Previously, David held various leadership roles at Bank of Ireland from 1994 to 2017, including Head of Enterprise Development, Regional Manager for the South West, Head of Retail Sales, and Commercial Branch Manager, where David was instrumental in local market SME engagement and business performance initiatives. David's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts and an MBA from University College Cork, a Certified Diploma in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management, and completion of the Oxford Fintech Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
