Bob Kardos

Bob Kardos has extensive experience in the residential home building industry. Bob started their career in 1988 as a Production Manager at Ryan Homes, where they were responsible for overseeing the construction and customer service of 300 homes per year. Bob then worked as the President/Owner of Custom Touch Builders, Inc. from 1996 to 1998.

In 2000, Kardos joined M/I Schottenstein Homes, Inc. as the Vice President of Construction. In this role, they supervised all aspects of residential home construction, estimating, and service. Bob also played a key role in creating construction specifications and training and developing team personnel.

From 2002 to 2013, Kardos served as the Division President for Toll Brothers, Inc. in Charlotte, NC. Bob was responsible for all aspects of the division's operations, including human resources, land acquisition/development, sales and marketing, cost control, accounting/administration, and home construction.

In 2013, they joined Mattamy Homes as the Division President of the Carolinas. Bob held a General Contractor License for North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.

From 2016 to 2021, Kardos worked at Epcon Communities as the Regional President for the Carolinas. Bob was in charge of the daily operations of this residential active adult 55+ luxury home builder.

Currently, Kardos is the Regional President for the Carolinas at The Beechwood Organization - Beechwood Homes NY. Bob oversees all aspects of the profit/loss center, including human resources, land acquisition/development, sales and marketing, cost control, accounting/administration, home construction, profitability, and customer satisfaction and service.

Bob Kardos obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 1981 to 1985.
