Elizabeth Nielson is a Training Coordinator at Beef Northwest since May 2020, with prior experience as a Steer A Year Student Manager at the University of Idaho from November 2018 to May 2020. Elizabeth also served as an Operations Intern and a Cattle and Maintenance Team Member at Beef Northwest during the summers of 2019 and 2018, respectively. Additionally, Elizabeth worked as an Information Desk Attendant at the University of Idaho from February 2017 to August 2018 and completed a Convention Internship with the Idaho Cattle Association in November 2016. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Idaho, earned in 2020.
