John Papenfuss

John Papenfuss is an experienced professional in information technology and user experience research, currently serving as an Information Technology Project Manager at Beef Northwest Feeders since June 2023. Previously, John worked at Microsoft as a UX Researcher, employing qualitative and quantitative methods to support multiple internal tool designs, and at Adobe as a User Experience Researcher, conducting initial experience research for the Creative Cloud Canvas project. John's earlier roles include Customer Insights Specialist at Truckstop.com, where insights were provided through various analytical methods, and teaching positions at Challenger School Foundation and Boise State University. John’s educational background includes a Master of Applied Anthropology (MAA) and a Design Ethnography minor certificate from Boise State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology. Additional experience includes serving as a Combat Engineer in the United States Army Reserve and working in correctional security and retail environments.
