Willow Elliott has been working in the customer service industry since 2013. Willow began their career as a Pet Stylist at Petco in 2013 and then moved to Four Paws Pet Hotel and Resort as a Dog Groomer in 2017. In the same year, they joined Maple as a Customer Experience Associate and Frontier Airlines as a Customer Relations Coaching Supervisor. In 2019, they were appointed as a Customer Success Specificities at BEE by MailUp Group.

Willow Elliott attended Colorado State University from 2013 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing.
