Rotem K.Helfman

Rotem K. Helfman has worked in HR and recruitment for several companies, beginning with Link2USA in 2013 where they served as HR manager. Rotem then worked at Feedvisor as a talent acquisition consultant and at Hiya Inc. as a recruiter lead. In 2020, they joined Eviation Aircraft Ltd as the head of people, where they established the global HR function and developed the people strategy. In 2022, they worked as a people and talent consultant for early-stage startups before joining StartupExperts in 2023 as a member. Rotem'smost recent role is Head of Global HR at BeeHero, where they are responsible for managing global HR operations.

Rotem K. Helfman obtained a B.A. in Social Behavior from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo in 2010. From 2012 to 2015, Rotem K. Helfman pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Seattle Pacific University. Additionally, Rotem K.
