Laurence Maniccia

Laurence Maniccia has a diverse work experience in the ceramics industry. Starting in 1995, they worked at DAI Ceramics, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer and later became an Engineering Manager. From 1999 to 2002, they were a Process/Product Engineer at Advanced Ceramics Corporation. In 2002, they joined GE Advanced Ceramics as a Development Engineer. Laurence then returned to DAI Ceramics, Inc. where they held the roles of Engineering/R&D Manager and General Manager from 2004 to 2017. Currently, they are the Director of Engineering at Beehive Industries since 2018.

Laurence Maniccia completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from Alfred University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Finance Concentration from John Carroll University, attending from 2008 to 2012. In addition, Laurence received certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt in DMAIC and DFSS from the General Electric Company, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
