Rebecca Martin has over 18 years of experience in strategic communication, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Culture & Talent at Beehive Strategic Communication since October 2005. Martin has held various leadership roles within the agency, focusing on talent recruitment, employee onboarding, and operational management. Prior to Beehive, Martin worked as an Account Executive at Weber Shandwick from October 1999 to October 2005, where responsibilities included enhancing client visibility through strategic media placements. Martin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in English and Speech Communication from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 1999.
